Visiting Angels

I am writing this review with the deepest gratitude and respect for Visiting Angles in Knoxville, TN. I was having eyelid surgery and needed someone to pick me up, drive me and stay with me for the entire surgery then bring me back home. I do not have my own transportation or somebody I know who would provide this for me. Doing Google, I found a web site called Visiting Angels which I truthfully never heard of before. After a phone call, actually a number of phone calls with them I was told they could provide the service I was looking for. Speaking to two beautiful women LuAnn and Cameron I felt the stress lifted off my shoulders. These two ladies were completely wonderful understanding my situation. Their kindness, helpfulness and professionalism eased my nervousness and made everything right. They provided a vehicle and a driver. Here's where my Angel comes in by the name of Debra. Debra was the lady who picked me up, drove me and stayed with me during the surgery and then returned me home. Debra will forever be in my heart. She is a very special lady. Thank you Visiting Angels for all that you have done for me, you are indeed ANGELS

Visiting Angels has been wonderful in assisting with a family member who can no longer drive and needs a little companionship. All of the people we have dealt with at this business have been very kind and helpful. They communicate well, and the companions they have working with my family member are great. I'm so thankful this company exists and for the help they have provided.

Our encounter with Visiting Angels began when our 84 old mother needed some assistance with laundry, changing the master bed, ironing and kitchen cleanup after dinner (when mom began to have increased fatigue). Dan, Lou Ann and Savannah were our first contacts. They became our friends right away. We liked their visits to mom's home to make mom feel comfortable with the angel she would have and to explain what they had to offer. Mom was a little resistant to having someone come in her home (esp her kitchen) but accepted the angel's help in other areas. When her angel was not a match, a change was made without difficulty. I think we appreciated that most of all. Mom is now in assisted living. Would we use Visiting Angels again? Absolutely!!

It's been almost 5 years since I've joined the visiting Angel's family team. I really love working with the company, they are very Compassionate and caring of their workers and clients. It's hard to find good companies to work for in Knoxville with such good people, so I'm very blessed to have found this one.

When my sister-in-law had to be admitted to the hospital in September, Visiting Angels came to look after my mother-in-law who has Alzheimer's and can't be left alone. They are the most caring and compassionate people I've ever met. Not only did they look after my mother-in-law, they kept in touch with my sister-in-law in the hospital to see if she needed anything. I can say Luanne, Dan, and the rest of the crew really do deserve wings: They are all true Angels!
